Baby Shower!!!

Ok so Friday night my dad came over and him and Billy painted the baby's room it looks so good!!

They got done in 5 hours and that was with dinner in between...it truned out really good! We were all really happy with the colors. So saturday morning billy did some touch up painting and we got the apartment ready for people to come in. Before the shower my friends came over to eat and feed thier baby after they were done eating they wanted to play with our dog. Now our dog is all over the place and has never been around a baby but has been around small kids. So i was a bit worried. Juliet playied with Gavin soo good. She didn't step on him or knock him down but kissed him and wanted to play so i know that she'll do good.

So off to the shower we were and i was so excited cause i knew we were getting our crib!!! So we playied some games and i got to see some old friends i haven't seen in a while. Then we got to open gifts and we got a bunch of cool stuff!!! This really helped us out alot... and haveing had this shower is just one step closer to Dax acctually being here....Billy has been asking me to ask my doctor if we can have him early. He just can't wait.

Sometime is wish my eyes were a camera to take pictures of the things i see cause getting a camera would take to long. My dad poked me and said look. Billy was in the corner by the crib with the womb bear we got to his ear. It was really a cute image. The closer we get the more excited billy gets and i find that so cute. I can't wait to see the first time billy gets to hold his son in his arms.

So they took all the stuff to my apartment and put it all in his room. This is his room so far. We have some things we want to make for the walls and put on the window and move around.

His closet with most his out fits in it i still have that green bag up there filled with PJ's and a bag of plain onies and a bag of pants. So the kid has a ton of clothes and more are washing.

His dresser changing table that is now being painted brown. We also have gotten a glider chair and there is a twin bed that go in there and im making wooden letters of his name to go on the wall above his bed...so we are getting there! Just 22 more days.

oh yeah my silly dog had a good time too she was so tired that night and the next day. When ever you get out of your seat she takes it and since we both have been sleeping on the couch she lyes on our pillows this was her being the lazy dog that she is so i covered her up...lol she's my baby girl

Offical 9 months

So these last 9 months have been really great i've really enjoyed being pregnant...but with all good things im ready for it to end! im in my last 33 days and i couldn't be more excited im going to get to hold my son in my arms soon. On top of that im going to get to be in control of my body again.

But with all the baby showers coming up and with he dropping right now and every one saying im not going to make it, it just makes it all to close for me. It wasn't until the 20 week utlra sound when we found out what it was that i was really pregnant and yes it happened to me. Now its more like im going to be a mom.....it just hasn't hit me yet. Theres alot that comes to mind when you say mom....its crazy to think that on June 25th, our 3 year anniversay, Billy will be 25 i will be 21 and we will have a two month old. Its just crazy to think about. Time flys.

But the next few weeks.....well im getting really excited we both are. We have one more baby shower on the 29th. After that anything can happen. Im really looking forward to the whole thing. The hospital stay, the birthing, poeple coming to see me, the first time billy gets to hold him, the tears i just cant' wait.

i don't have a lot of stuff in his roomn yet but give me two weeks...we talk all the time about what he might look like, will he have hair? red hair? curly hair? funny shaped head? will he be a fatty or wrinkley? Billy is getting really excited and im so glad.... we will have to keep you posted on the next few weeks....after april 1st anything can happen!!

Baby update!

I'm 8 months!!

So i went to the doctor and im not having a "moose child" as she put it. Neylin in 4 pounds and both his kidneys are normal now and he is head down and ready all we have to do is wait now for him to get fat! He should be about a 7 pound baby. No new ultra sound pictures cause tell you the turth you couldn't see anything. He was faceing my back so we didn't get to see his cute face.

Oh and here is our Valentines day picture...i don't know how but it looks just like our christmas one and i just look so funny when i know i looked better than that when we left...lol

Coheed and Cambria concert

So we went to see coheed and cambria our favorite band ever (this would be the 4th time) Billy waited out side from 11 to 5:30 waiting to get in to get a good spot in the snow.. yeah in the snow it was so cold that day. So His mom and sister picked me up and of we went and being the nice person that i am i brought him his coat cause i knew after wards he would be cold in the snow he was only wearing a thin hoodie.

So billy got in and was somewhere in the pit. We got downgraded and got better seats than what we paid for so that was cool.

But as i talked with billy he met some pretty cool kids waiting out side. These two 14 year old boys said they wanted to be just like him when they grew up...lol But i made him a yellow plaid pants and they lasted the show so that was good and everyone loved them....we also put his hair in liberty spikes that took me two hours the night before.

But not alot of people dresses up for the show mainly because it was a linkin park show and Co&Ca were just opening for them so you had a lot of boring kids there really...linkin park is mostly rap rock compaired to chiodos and coheed who opened who are harder. And the mosh pit....well it was more like a bunch of people just standing there kinda disappointing, and with me being pregnant i didn't know what to do im my chair i wanted to be down there with billy. but we left before linkin park went on to beat the traffic and the snow.

The show was great and we had a lot of fun...here are some of the pictures we took billy got the better ones. (this man was the whole reason for going)

Baby room ideas

So here's what im thinking for the baby room...chocolate brown and mint green colors...we are going to paint the room green then a lighter green then brown....here is the crib i picked out

You are kidding me!!!

Ok so these new apartments we live in have way to many people in them and not enough parking for them all...im lucky if i get to park in front of my buliding...most nights when i come home no joke i have to park in the visiters parking in front of the club house...thats three bulidings over...So forget about bringing anything in clothes food or what ever mess i have in the car...plus to be 7 months pregnant and alone in the dark when it's like 23 out side yeah....so we make a joke about it "Wonder if we are going to have to hike to the apartment tonight..."

Then one morning last week i found this letter on my car and another on billy's car!

Yeah i was so mad i couldn't belive it!! So i called the apartments and told them about it...now the people who work at the partments i live in are the dumbest people ever...you can never get an answer out of them so i asked do you have to have a parking permit?? Whats the deal here...they were like oh my gosh thats only happened one other time we are sooo sorry and you do not need to be walking like that... so we will get you some specail stickers....ok so this to me means no we don't have parking permits but im going to make you something specail....WRONG AGAIN.....i went to pick them up.,....and notice that only a few people had them on the cars...but yeah they should have given us these stickers when we moved in, in November...but out of all the others who did not have one why was it just me and billy??? And now i want to know what person in my buliding did that??? But oh well i will keep parking as close as i can when ever i can. Cause i pay my rent every month. Dont mess with the pregnant lady!

We went to the doctor

We went to doctor on friday to have another utlra sound to check on his kidneys. The right one is normal but the left one is still enlarged, so in 10 weeks we have another utlra sound. They said he is about 12 inches long and weighs 1 pound 7 ounces. You can tell he's getting bigger he's getting fat under his skin. He is also starting to kick harder in which we can now see him kick. I go back Feb.1st for some testing and then after that its every two weeks...we are getting closer! Here are the not so great pictures we got. These were taken at 24 weeks. And he's still a boy!

Christmas time is such a great time!

Christmast was alot of fun we got to see all the family and everyone was happy and had a good time....we went to my parents house in the morning and got to spend some good time there...Rachel got a video camera and lexis got a art stand and billy got TN vols pj's, and i got clothes and baby clothes and we can't for get the 60 piece sliver wear set my dad got us...lol yeah it's great...

Then we went to his parents house and we got to see the brother and wives and thier kids.....we got to eat and there was veagn food for billy....i got a sewing machine!!! it was cool also grannie made qulits for everyone and had thier names put on them...she spelt my wrong it was cute....i also got more clothes for both me and neylin...so that was great....

All in all it was a great time to get together and spend time with family....my mom called and i talked to my brother. We got all the kids in the same house for a moment. family is so important and i think we all re learned that this year.... Oh and happy 1st birthday littly chris!!!

I got a new camera!!

Just look at that bad boy.....isn't it great billy got it for me and its the coolest thing...just think of of all the things i can do and what i will be doing for 6 weeks when im out on leave....lol
